The Vienna 144 Bentwood Barstool was originally designed in 1908 by August Thonet for Gebruder Thonet. The bar stool is a classic for public seating, with solid, functional and elegant characteristics. The structure is in bent beech wood. The ring element, made from a single piece, is a construction device that has been inserted to add stability to the feet. It is available in different heights and finishes. The seat is made from beech plywood with relief work, and can also be in woven cane or upholstered in leather or fabric.
